Why use our links — and what it costs you

Most links to operators on this site are affiliate links. If you sign up through one, the operator pays us a commission. Three things follow, and we want all of them stated plainly: • It costs you nothing. You get the same bonus, the same odds and the same terms as someone who types the operator's address directly. The commission comes out of the operator's marketing budget, not your balance. • It's how this site exists. We don't charge readers and we don't run display ads. Affiliate commission is what pays for the time spent comparing bonuses, checking terms and keeping the listings current. • It gives you a route if something goes wrong. Signing up through us means we have a partner contact at the operator — and we'll use it to raise your case. More on exactly what that does and doesn't mean below. When you click a link here, two things happen: the URL carries a tracking parameter identifying us as the referrer, and the operator drops a cookie in your browser. If you then register and deposit, the operator's system attributes that signup to us and credits a commission. That's the whole mechanism — there's no hidden step and nothing extra is charged to you. One practical consequence worth knowing: attribution can fail (ad blockers, cleared cookies, signing up days later on another device). Commission funds the unglamorous part of a comparison site: • Checking that bonus amounts and wagering terms still match what operators actually offer, since they change often. • Maintaining the reviews, rankings and guides — including the ones that make us no money at all, like the odds converter and the calculators. • Hosting, tooling and the time to keep it all current. It does not pay for placement. Which brings us to the part that matters most.

The obvious risk with affiliate funding is that rankings become a price list. Our commitments: • Rankings are not for sale. Operators are scored on the criteria set out in our review methodology — bonus value including wagering, payments, interface and support — not on what they pay. • Cons are printed. Every review lists drawbacks alongside strengths. A review with no downsides isn't a review, it's an advert. • We say no. If an operator doesn't meet our criteria, it doesn't get recommended, whatever the commercial relationship. • Disclosure is permanent. Affiliate links are disclosed on the pages that carry them, not buried in a footer nobody reads. You don't have to take that on trust, and you shouldn't. This is the one concrete thing our link gives you that going direct doesn't. As a partner, we have a direct contact at each operator we list — a real person, rather than the generic support queue. If you signed up through our link and hit a problem, tell us what happened and we'll raise it with that contact on your behalf. Typical cases: a welcome bonus that never credited, a verification check that has stalled, a withdrawal sitting in 'pending' far longer than it should. What helps us help you: the email on your account, the approximate signup date, and a short factual description of the issue. Start with the operator's own support first. Most issues are resolved there, and they'll usually want a ticket reference anyway. Come to us when that route stalls.

Being straight about the limits matters as much as the commitments: • We are not the operator. Your account, deposits, verification and withdrawals are between you and them, governed by their terms. • Raising your case means getting it seen by someone who can act — it does not mean we can overrule the operator's decision. If a bonus term genuinely wasn't met, or a verification check fails, the outcome is theirs. • We are not a regulator and not an insurer. We don't compensate losses and we don't hold your funds. If an operator behaves improperly, the body behind its licence is the formal route. • An exclusive offer is only exclusive when it's labelled as such.
